Late Fall Foraging

In addition to the wild mushrooms that continue to sprout at this time, late fall is a great period to harvest plants like stinging nettle and garlic mustard that make a resurgence before dying back for the winter.

Join me and Outdoor Afro for this plant and mushroom harvesting journey with a focus on nutrient-dense, weedy plants that are perfect to gather before the descent into winter. We’ll explore how to harvest these natural riches and some of the traditional knowledge surrounding their use.
