Late Fall Foraging

In addition to the wild mushrooms that continue to emerge at this time, late fall is a great period to harvest "weedy" plants like stinging nettle and garlic mustard that make a resurgence before dying back for the winter.

Join me and Outdoor Afro for this plant and mushroom harvesting journey with a focus on nutrient-dense, medicinal plants and mushrooms that are perfect to gather before the descent into winter. We’ll explore how to harvest these natural riches and some of the traditional stories surrounding their use.
