Academics are a migratory species that hail from all corners of the globe and stop for a time in one location before moving on to the next. These continuous dis- and re-locations can be deeply disorienting, but learning to feed yourself from your new landscape can help to nurture a sense of home, reduce stress, and even lower your grocery bill (and who doesn't want that)!

This event will offer participants an introduction to foraging some of the key plants and other biota available in Greater Boston in spring.
